CANCELLATION POLICY

Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments significantly limit our ability to offer appointment times to other guests. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To remain respectful of our stylists’ time, we have implemented the following policy: 1. Cancellations or reschedules made with 48 hours or more notice No charge will be applied. 2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. 3. No-call / No-show appointments Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. 4. Declined cards If the card on file declines, the 50% cancellation fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
